Travis Hanson joined GarMark Partners in 2024 as an Associate, bringing expertise in investment analysis, business development, and portfolio management. Prior to this role, he served as an Investment Associate at Mitsui & Co., where he focused on foreign direct equity investments in private American technology, media, and telecommunications companies, working extensively with teams based in Tokyo, Japan.
Mr. Hanson began his career in the advertising industry in New York, holding roles in strategic partnerships, sales, and media buying.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and studied International Business at the BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway, as a U.S. Department of State Gilman International Scholar.
